A 30-minute introductory call. Mutual NDA in place before going deep. Direct, candid, and short.

If it makes sense to move forward, you receive a written engagement proposal — scope, format (Sprint / Engagement / Fractional), milestones, and fees.

Engagement begins, scheduling-dependent. The principal you spoke with is the principal you work with. That doesn't change.
